Festival of Media - bookings are now closed

Hotel Cancellations Due to Current Air Transport Situation

If you are unable to attend the Festival of Media 2010 due to the cancellation of your flight arrangements please refer to the booking conditions, which are posted under T&C’s on this web-site and of which the following is an excerpt:

4 CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Subject to Condition 4.2, the Company does not accept cancellation of any Reservation.

4.2 The Client may cancel a Reservation by notice in writing to the Company subject to the following 
conditions and cancellation charges:

4.2.1 That the reservation was confirmed using The Flexible Rate on offer at the time of booking.

4.2.2 That notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
4.3 A “no show” by Guests at a Hotel for any reason shall constitute cancellation of the Reservation without 
notice and no refund of the price of the Reservation shall be made.

4.4 The Client should note that the Festival of Media is an event devised, owned and marketed by C Squared 
Holdings Limited. Whilst C Squared Holdings Ltd recommends the Company for making reservations for 
accommodation during the Festival of Media, the Company shall have no liability for failure of the Festival 
of Media to take place or changes in the Festival of Media dates and does not permit cancellation of 
reservations in these circumstances other than in accordance with Condition 4.2.

However, we understand that the current circumstances are exceptional and our on-site team are working with the official Festival hotels to secure refunds wherever possible, as a minimum any refunds will require documentary proof of cancelled flights and will incur an administration fee of €50.00.
