Welcome to the Accommodation Booking site for the Festival of Media. This site is owned and operated by Concerto Live, who have been appointed by the organisers of the Festival of Media to provide this service.

We have specifically selected official Festival of Media recommended hotels to be featured on our website. All hotels are in close proximity to the key Festival locations, particularly to the Montreux Music & Convention Centre and we are delighted to offer preferential rates and booking terms as part of a free service to all delegates attending the Festival of Media.

Please book your Festival tickets before booking any accommodation. We reserve the right to refuse your accommodation booking if your delegate place(s) have not been confirmed. All online reservations will require 100% payment upon completion of order. Refunds will be granted as per our terms and conditions found at the bottom of this page.

Credit Card Bookings

Should you wish to make an order without using a credit card, please contact our team on +44 (0)845 688 4401 and one of our agents will be happy to process your booking over the telephone. You will be sent a pro-forma invoice for 100% of the booking total and this will be due for immediate payment, only when payment is received will your reservation be confirmed.
